Whether you're at home or at practice, just pull up the drills or technical work you need to work on and see results - FASTER!
Get MORE from your throws training by studying and working on drills to perfect technique, progressions and full throws.
* Throws training ranges between 8 - 10 sessions per month based on the number of weeks in the month.
- Throws Coaching `1 x per week
- 4 to 5 coaching session per month*
- Each practice 2 hours: 4:30p- 6:30p
